Set in a lovely neighborhood in Austin, this house was in need of a fresh start. Being nearly a hundred years old this house had been built for several eras. Bringing it into the twenty first century was no easy feat. With a new exterior, modern appliances, and some creative moving of walls the house is now a charming spot with lots of room.
